Fees and Tuition:
A down payment of $1,000 will be required at registration. This amount will be applied to any outstanding balances upon discharge. Credit balances will be refunded to responsibility party upon discharge.
Services will be charged at a rate of $8.00 per each 15 minute unit. For example if a child receives services for 7 hours the charge will be 7 hours x 4 units x $8.00 or $224.00. This fee is subject to change.
a. No shows will be billed at rate of $8.00 per each 15 minute unit scheduled.
b. Staff development will be billed at $8.00 per each 15 minute unit.
Each child’s parent or guardian, or otherwise responsible party, is responsible for the fees associated with the provision of intensive applied behavioral analysis for their child. Private insurance agencies will be billed on the behalf of the child, but if fees are not recouped from the insurance agency, parents are responsible for the cost of treatment and are responsible for any required insurance co-pays, deductibles, or co-insurance fees. Parents who receive direct payment from the insurance agency will be expected to remit said payment to TLC.
Field trips may include additional fees that will be the responsibility of the parent and/or LAR.
Children with accounts more than 60 days in arrears will not be able to return to TLC until the balance has been paid.
Method of payment: TLC accepts credit card payments, cash, and checks. For the convenience of parents, TLC will also arrange for contracted agreements with outside entities such as post adoption services, churches, and independent school districts.
