Fees and Tuition:
Part time schedules are not available. Empirical and longitudal studies of ABA provision prove that ABA is only efficacious if provided in an intensive (one to one and minimally 30 hours per week) venue. Children attend TLC from 8:30 to 3:30, five days weekly, for 35 hours weekly.
A down payment of $1,000 will be required at registration. This amount will be applied to any outstanding balances upon discharge, but only if TLC is provided with a 30 day notice of the withdrawal. Credit balances will be refunded to responsibility party upon discharge.
Services are billed in 15 minute increments; the rate is dependent upon the type of service and whether the service is provided by an individual therapist, a BCBA or BCaBA. .
Each child’s parent or guardian, or otherwise responsible party, is responsible for the fees associated with the provision of intensive applied behavioral analysis for their child. Private insurance agency will be billed on the behalf of the child, but if fees are not recouped from the insurance agency, parents are responsible for the cost of treatment and are responsible for any required insurance co-pays, deductibles, or co-insurance fees. Parent fees are due no later than the 10th day of the month.
Field trips may include additional fees that will be the responsibility of the parent and/or LAR.
Children with accounts more than 30 days in arrears will not be able to return to TLC until the balance has been paid.
Method of payment: TLC accepts credit card payments, cash, and checks. For the convenience of parents, TLC will also arrange for contracted agreements with outside entities such as post adoption services, churches, and independent school districts.
